1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "zr777", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the zr777 online casino and sportsbook operated at zr777.pro.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with, accesses, or uses the zr777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal zr777 account created by the Player upon successful registration on the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the zr777 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Registration requires a valid email address and mobile number. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, and any funds held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at zr777's sole discretion.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and integrity of your zr777 account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• You must keep your username, password, and two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify zr777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. zr777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• You must keep your registered personal details — including name, address, and payment method information — accurate and up to date at all times. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• You must not use your zr777 account for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment gaming.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zr777 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your zr777 wallet within minutes. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, you must contact support with the transaction reference number.
• zr777 does not accept third-party deposits. You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and your account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only processed after successful completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and, where relevant, evidence of the payment method used to deposit funds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to three business days.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is specified within the cashier section of your account. Withdrawals below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• zr777 reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks on any withdrawal request. During any such review, the withdrawal may be held for up to 5 business days.
• Funds must only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

zr777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion is subject to individual wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering conditions have been fully satisfied. Cash funds in your account are used for wagering before bonus funds unless the platform specifies otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus or registration-linked promotion may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion more than once through duplicate accounts will be treated as fraud.
• zr777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, existing wagering conditions at the time of withdrawal will apply.
• Winnings derived from free spins are typically capped at a stated maximum amount per promotion. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from the account balance prior to withdrawal processing.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the zr777 platform:

• All bets placed on the zr777 sportsbook are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless the relevant game or event is suspended and zr777 explicitly offers a cash-out or void option.
• zr777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly posted in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input mistake. Where a bet is voided under this clause, the original stake will be returned to the Player's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types. Limits may vary by sport, event, market, and player account status.
• For live casino games, the rules of each game as displayed within the game interface govern the outcome of play. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds or game rules and an underlying software result, the software result shall prevail.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise fails to complete in accordance with the conditions under which the bet was accepted, zr777's stated event-specific rules will determine how bets are settled. • zr777 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or gaming session at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zr777 platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage not available to players acting manually.
• Colluding with other players, third parties, or zr777 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the zr777 platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds obtained through unlawful activity.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false, borrowed, or stolen identities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not legitimately earned through normal gameplay.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the zr777 platform's underlying source code or game logic.
• Using the platform to facilitate any illegal activity under applicable laws.

8 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude zr777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following provisions:

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your zr777 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any outstanding wagering requirements resolved. Accounts subject to active investigations cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.

zr777-Initiated Closure: zr777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• These Terms & Conditions have been breached in any material respect.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A Player has provided false registration information.
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal obligations require us to do so.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination for cause, zr777 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived winnings. Deposited funds that are not subject to dispute will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days of account closure confirmation.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zr777's international gaming licence framework.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through zr777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. The majority of disputes are resolved within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution body specified by zr777's licensing authority. The decision of the appointed dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

zr777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, registered Players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the zr777 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
